The Retreats
We offer epic real estate networking retreats at awesome locations. Looking to spend a couple days with fellow like-minded people? This is the place. We vet all participants to assure they fit the model and who we think will add value. No investor is too big or too small! Our program mixes new and seasoned investors with targeted training and discussion to assure everyone will have a great time. We only book the best locations with ample amenities. All food and drink are included over the two-day event.

Our next retreat is tentatively scheduled for April 27th and 28th, 2023 on Lake Travis in Austin Texas. We will learn and play in a 7000+ square foot mansion on over 8 acres. We will eat great food and drink awesome drinks and discuss how we can crush our real estate goals. We may even strike up some deals!

The Coaching
We offer 1 on 1 coaching to identify your specific goals. We lend our decades of real estate, legal, property management, syndication, and business experience so you can elevate to the next level. This coaching can be virtual or in person. Often times, if in person, you will meet with Travis Hanson and his entire team of experienced investors.
Legal Services
The legal side of real estate investing is unavoidable, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it! We offer full-service legal solutions so you can get the advantages of real estate investing without having to worry about the legal aspect. We’ll take care of it all! We offer legal entity creation, operating agreement creation, contract review, and more.
